ANNOUNCEMENT OF RE-ELECTION

It is with great enthusiasm and excitement that I, Steve Soyka, announce my intention to run for re-election as your Stearns County Sheriff in 2022. Being your Sheriff over these past 4 years has been one of the greatest and most humbling experiences. I hope to continue to serve you in the role of Sheriff for the next 4 years.

By bringing an adaptive style of leadership to the position of Sheriff of Stearns County, I have been able to affect change within the agency that starts with mindset and culture and extends to how we serve you. By pushing out old ideas and concepts of ways to serve you and making priorities out of teamwork and community engagement, our agency has made great strides in improving our service to you as your Sheriff’s Office.

As your Sheriff, I have led our agency through some unprecedented times and challenges and so I humbly ask for your support in my re-election as there is still so much more I want to accomplish. By building off what our team has already done, we will continue to evolve and provide even better service to you, the residents.

With your support in the up-coming 2022 election, I look forward to continue to serve you, the community and residents, of this great county.
